How To Make reservations
Call us to check for available dates. We`ll calculate a total amount plus Wyoming lodging tax, and provide a room guarantee amount (downpayment ⇒
to hold your reservation). You can pay the balance when you arrive.
We accept payment on-line, and money orders or cashiers checks mailed to the ranch address.
Meals
An advantage of staying with "Ranch Soup" is the choice of preparing your own meals in the full kitchen and gathering room during your ranch stay. However, if you wish to dine at various food emporiums while out touring we will be delighted to point you in the direction of some pretty darn good restaurants around the Basin.
Air Transportation
Cody, Wyoming International or Billings Logan International Airport provide the nearest commercial air service. Vehicle rental is available at either airport.
Bring Your Horse(s)
If you are a guest staying with "Ranch Soup," your horses are welcome. Boarding charge is $15 per night per horse. You can bring your own feed if you prefer. The charge per night does not change. Proof of equine vaccinations and brand inspections must be provided upon arrival.
Pets
We ask our guests to leave their pets at home and to refrain from smoking inside the guest house. There are no exceptions. If you have hunting dogs to use while you are here, please speak with us. |
